From time to time, House of Ellie may offer Complimentary Shipping as part of a special promotion.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS using the shipping method selected at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination. Standard Shipping typically arrives within 2–5 business days after

shipment, while Priority Shipping typically arrives within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Locations

At this time, House of Ellie ships within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We are not currently offering international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the
